INFRAGAS is the manufacturer of catalytic gas heaters and radiant systems that are best suited for surface thermal heating required to dehydration, drying of various substrates, paint coating drying and pre-heating.

Main features:

We provide infrared and catalytic panels for industrial furnaces. INFRACAT® whose brand name itself clearly highlights the blend of infrared energy with the catalytic technology, and are characterized by surface temperature which can be adjusted from 180°C to 550°C.

We offer the INFRACAT panels in the following configurations:

  • • Standard K-type thermocouple for modular usages in ovens
  • • Manual valve "shut-off" or the option of integrated thermostatic manual valve when burners are used as standalone units for heating or heat treatment applications

According to the size, the power ranges from 0.4kW (344 kcal/h) up to 17kW (14617 kcal/h) as they are built to develop a precise power of 20kW/m2

BOOSTERCAT

Infragas makes BOOSTERCAT ® infrared vented catalytic panels. The registered trade-mark of these panels describes catalytic technology enabled by an integrated ventilation system or a forced air system using canalizations placed on the back of the heater.

The surface temperature of BOOSTERCAT can be modulated in a range varying from 180°C (365°F) to 650° C (1202°F) and, in accordance with the particular size, varies from a power of 6kW (5143 kcal/h) up to 25kW (21500 kcal/h)

RADIANT HIGH TEMPERATURE

The INFRAGAS radiant heaters RHT are infrared systems that can reach a surface temperature up to 950°C.

The RHT burners are a completely safe and dependable source of heat generated by gas combustion (Natural gas or Propane) and transmitted via infrared rays in short wavelength. This infrared energy emitted by the RHT radiant surface gets absorbed by the exposed materials fast and evenly. These are specific to be used in thermal processes that need high temperatures or rapid curing time.

The frame and body of the RHT are fabricated using specific stainless steel capable of withstanding high temperature working environments. Each of these burners comes equipped with a pre-mix system with a calibrated mixture of air/gas.

The RHT has a power operating range from 100% to 50%.

As far as the environmental impact is concerned, it is vital to consider the fact that the surface microflame combustion with the metal fibre burner emits extremely low levels of NOx, CO and unburned.

The Infragas RHT burners are produced in accordance with the ISO: 9001 standards and they are individually subjected to check and tests before each dispatch. Further, they are CE certified as per the European Directive EN 419-1: 2009 and EN 437:2003+A1:2009.
