GREENOx BT

Our GREENOx BT COND is a three pass wet back boiler with a condenser. It is made out of high quality steel and is fitted with burners for gaseous fuel operation. This boiler is capable of producing hot water with a maximum temperature of 110°C.

Some of the key features of this product are:

  • • Large volume combustion chamber for single pass flame that leads to reduced heat release

  • The boiler enables third smoke pass thanks to a double layer, tube-in-tube differential contact with anti-condensation feature
  • • It has a BAX condensing coil installed at the rear of the boiler, thus, creating a unified body including it
  • • There is a condensate collection tray which also has an inspection and cleaning door and also a lower part drainage
  • • The boiler has hydraulic connections
  • • It has boiler casing with flow and return flanged connections, working device connections, inspection doors, all of which are manufactured with approved welding processes
  • • There is an embossed aluminium round case cladding, high density glass wool and a thick mattress insulation
  • • The boiler has a flat front door with reversible opening, inner high-insulation ceramic casing, pivoting on hinges and can be easily opened using perforated rings equipped with levers that guarantee a perfect combustion gas seal and easy service
  • • It is constructed as a one piece unit that can be easily opened and allows inspections of gas duct. It is fastened with bolts, has a chimney connection and a cleaning door

MONOLITE JB

Made from AISI 316 Ti stainless steel, the MONOLITE JB Boiler has a single pass horizontal combustion chamber, vertical heat exchanger, and it is a condensation boiler capable of producing hot water with temperature up to 100 degrees C. It can be connected to pressure air jet burner for gas fuel operation.

Some of the key features of MONOLITE JB are as enumerated below:

  • • It has a frame made out of steel vertical profile structure, complete with floor support
  • • MONOLITE JB’s large cylindrical combustion chamber is manufactured using AISI 316 Ti stainless steel, MIG pulse welded and it can withstand an acid condensate attack
  • • It has AISI 316Ti anti acid stainless steel, vertical heat exchange surfaces, TIG welded and grafted perpendicularly to the combustion chamber comprising of stainless steel plates printed with special adherence specifications to increase heat exchange surface, and allow condensate droplet formation leading to adequate drainage. The heat exchange surface vertical arrangement also allows condensate drainage which results in an effective plate self-cleaning function
  • • The welding is carried out using TIG process that doesn’t require weld material. Hence it ensures the main mechanical characteristics of stainless steel and there is no sacrifice of the corrosion resistance ability against the acid condensation
  • • It has flanged flow connection and two system return connections for boiler differential temperature input and to ensure minimum possible temperature in lowest point of the condensation curve. This gives maximum advantage from to be derived from the condensation process even when medium-high temperature returns are present
  • Its exhaust gas chamber can collect resultant condensate and discharge it using a water trap which is connected to a neutralizer (wherever provided) to the domestic water drainage system
  • • It has a high water content and low thermal load
  • • The heat dispersion surface is insulated with thick glass wool mattress which is protected by steel varnished panels which can be easily removed if needed
  • • There is a front door with reversible steel sheet opening and thermal insulation using ceramic fiber

STELT

Fabricated from AISI 316 Ti stainless steel, the STELT condensing boiler comes with reverse flame combustion chamber that can produce hot water at a maximum temperature of 110 degrees C. It is connected to pressure jet burners that run on gas fuels.

Some of the main specialities for the product are:

it has an inclined boiler body offering condensate drainage support

there is a large cylindrical combustion chamber featuring reversed flame, fabricated using AISI 316 Ti stainless steel, and is TIG pulse welded. It can withstand acid condensate attack.

STELT condensing boiler has stainless steel gas passages with special profiles. These are placed around the combustion chamber to extend flue gas development and increase the heat exchange as well as boiler efficiency (by generating low NOx emissions in tandem with Low NOx burners)

Its heat exchange surface is made using the AISI 316 Ti stainless steel and is welded with TIG method. It comprises stainless plates with distinct corrugated shape and is capable of increasing heat exchange surface, and can also facilitate droplet condensate formation and allow adequate drainage

Its welding is done using TIG, MIG and plasma processes. These are methods that guarantee stainless steel retains its core mechanical properties, and doesn’t have to lose the corrosion resistance ability against acid condensation
